Kitchen Remodeling in Rolling Hills Estates
Navon Home runs Rolling Hills Estates kitchens in a fixed order shared with Lomita, Torrance and Redondo Beach: measure, draw the layout, then pick finishes.
Rolling Hills Estates shares one kitchen routine with Rolling Hills, Lomita, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Torrance and Redondo Beach. The room is measured, the layout is drawn, and only then are finishes picked. Each city reviews its own permit, yet the order on site stays fixed. Cabinets, ventilation, gas and wiring are settled on paper before demolition, and finish samples come to the house once the plan is signed.
The same sequence in every city
The first visit covers a full set of measurements, photos of each wall, the panel label, the gas meter and the route a hood duct could take outdoors. From that we draw a few layouts and price the chosen one in detail. Demolition starts after the permit issues, rough plumbing and electrical go in, inspections follow, and drywall closes the walls. Cabinets are set and leveled, counters are templated from the installed boxes, and the backsplash, fixtures and paint come at the end.
What changes from one city to the next
The building department is the main difference. Each city has its own submittal rules, plan check comments and way of booking inspections, and we confirm which office takes the file before the drawings are final. Exposure is the other difference. A kitchen closer to the water gets stainless hardware on the hood cap, gasketed exterior outlets and a damper that shuts tight against damp air. Inside, the room is built alike everywhere, with moisture resistant board behind the sink and a hood ducted fully outdoors.
What we plan and build in Rolling Hills Estates
Every project here starts the same way: a measured layout, then the lines behind the walls, then finishes.
