What you send us

When you fill in a form on this website we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the service you picked, a preferred date if you gave one, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, when present, the campaign tags in the link that brought you here.

We use these details to answer your request, arrange a visit or a call back, and prepare a written quote. They are stored in our lead management system and in the notification sent to our office.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

We only contact you by phone, text or email about the request you sent, and only if you ticked the consent box on the form.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records the pages you view, the link or search that brought you here, your device and browser type, and an approximate location from a shortened IP address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can opt out at any time with "Opt out" on the cookie notice or the "Cookie settings" control in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the work we quoted or carried out. Ask us and we will delete your details, unless we have to keep them for a job record.
